4 Bedroom House in Yantis

Come stay at our spacious and comfy home located in Yantis, TX. We are located just a few minutes from the best fishing lake around, lake fork! Our home is also close to Lake Tawakoni, Wildflower Wedding Venue, and Canton’s Third Monday Trade Days. We’re just around the corner from boat ramps (less than 2 miles!), playgrounds, and picnic areas. After a great day of fishing and exploring the area, return home and relax in a spacious 4 BD/2.5 BA vacation paradise.
THE SPACE: Our home features upgraded amenities, quality linens, beautiful interiors, two spacious outdoor decks, and close proximity to the lake. The neighborhood is peaceful and we have a great view of a farm of Arabian horses right across the street! You’ll be able to view them while you enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in deck.
You’ll find most common appliances, dishes, pots & pans, spices, coffee, and tea in our kitchen.
In the bathrooms, you’ll find towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and several other small toiletries that may come in handy.
We have four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Each bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed and has a Roku enabled TV. Please feel free to login using any of your accounts (ie: Netflix, Hulu, etc).

PET POLICY: Please let us know if you’re bringing a pet during booking. We require a fee to help us with any additional cleaning that may need to be done and the heads up let’s us prepare for the next guest. Thank you!
House rules and policies:
➤ Check-in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is 11am. **Please note that we have these times in place to give our cleaning staff enough time to get the home ready for the next guests.**
➤ Quiet hours are 11:00 pm until 7:00 am. Please practice consideration for the neighborhood.
➤ The RV park across the street and their boat ramp are private property and not available to our guests.
➤ Please make sure doors are locked when leaving the house.
➤ No smoking or vaping inside the house at any time. If you smoke outside, please be sure to dispose of your butts properly.
➤ No feminine products, make-up wipes, Q-tips, etc. in the toilets. Our septic system thanks you!
➤ No fireworks, candles, or open flame of any kind (other than in the firepit)
➤ We have security monitoring devices on the exterior of our home. This is for the protection of our home and for the safety of our guests and their property.
➤ Accidents happen. We ask that you please inform us immediately if anything is broken or damaged so that we can address it properly.
➤ Before your departure, we would appreciate it if you would take care of the following:
❍ Leave all used beds unmade.
❍ Place all used towels in the hamper provided in the main bathroom.
❍ Make sure all used dishes are placed in dishwasher. Please press "start" before leaving.
❍ Place all trash in the trash can provided on the front patio.
❍ If you used the metal chairs on the open deck, please be sure to stack them up, the way you found them.
❍ Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked.

Summary: The house was super comfy, had everything we needed for a first class fishing stay at Fork. The host was perfectly communicative and made us feel welcome from the start of the reservation. We will be back!

Summary: What a gorgeous home! Upon arrival the house was clean and smelled amazing. There were refreshments in the fridge which we enjoyed while unpacking. The patios are large and inviting - and the beds very comfortable! So many thoughtful items available for anything we may have forgotten to pack. The kitchen is a great size to accommodate a few “cooks in the kitchen”. Lauren is a 5 Star host with a 5 star listing - she answered any/all questions prior to booking up until we left. She was very responsive and made sure we had what we needed. It was like staying at a friends house! We knew the house was not physically on the lake- but it is located 3 minutes from the public boat ramp and we needed to stop and get bait on the way which made it super convenient. There was plenty of parking under the house and in the driveway and had no problem fitting it all in even though we had 2 boats, 3 trucks and a car. There was firewood for the firepit, a propane grill - 2 large patios, I could go on and on. So many memories were packed into our stay - We will definitely be back- no doubt!

Summary: Beautiful home inside and out! The amenities were great and we all had such a good time. Lauryn was very responsive to all of our needs. Overall extremely nice and well kept house, very spacious with awesome outdoor space! 10/10 would definitely recommend this property for a nice get away or family gathering.

Summary: Where to start? Lauryn communicated with me prior to arrival with instructions and then through our stay to make sure everything was good. The house is at least as good as described. House is fully stocked with everything you’d need including mints on the counter and a few welcome treats. Linens, cooking supplies, including an air fryer. Lots of dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. we loved our stay. The location is about 5 minutes from the publi launch ramp on 154. Very convenient. Can park 2 boats under the house and there’s outlets to plug in the boat when not fishing. Would love to stay here again.

Summary: The house was beautiful. We just loved it. Wish we could have stayed long enough to enjoy the outdoor fire pit. Ran into terrible storms in route so we got in late . The owner were so nice to check on us in route & even keep us informed on the weather at the house.

Summary: Showed up a little early , and dropped to drop our boats off, and was able to get in the house a little early. Had a few questions while we were here that were promptly answered. Very clean and comfortable with every amenity on hand.

Summary: Beautiful lake retreat, immaculately clean, grand kitchen living dining, spacious bedrooms, extra amenities, amazing professional host, attention to details for the extra special sparkle, modern cute lake chic decor, and we plan on repeat stays. It’s a magical place for family, pet friendly, and near the best lake for awesome Bass! The host is amazing, responds quickly, and check in/out was super easy. 5 stars all the way!

Summary: The Stilt House was absolutely perfect for our stay! Plenty of room for our family of 7. We stay in a lot of VRBO homes, and this is probably the best equipped home we’ve ever stayed in. So many small details, and appointed with anything and everything you could think of. Lauryn was an amazing host. The property is lovely and the home was very clean.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The property owners have clearly taken extra steps to make sure that there is nothing you will need while on the property. We enjoyed exploring the area and hanging out with family. Although the lake is known for fishing, we enjoyed paddle boarding and swimming nearby. I would highly recommend this property if you're staying in the area.
